the staff were friendly and always ready to assist. the variety of food across all meals was great. there are three very clean pools (i enjoyed trying them all!), each offering a different swimming experience. the atmosphere was very relaxing, a perfect setting for a getaway.
the public beach in front of the hotel has people trying to sell things. it gets quite busy, i couldn't really relax.

the superior double room had a sea view and spacious layout. the room included amenities such as air conditioning (set a bit too cold, honestly!), a mini-fridge, and a television. daily housekeeping ensured the room remained super clean and cozy throughout my stay. the bathroom featured complimentary toiletries.

the staff were friendly, and it. i found the food to be quite delicious with a wide array of local and international options. the christmas lights setting created an lovely experience. the setting was ethereal, i felt.
i noticed rooms were stuffy. we had to move as a result. some other rooms were not ventilated well.

The welcome was charming, and many activities made our vacation grand. The meals were delicious, and there was always something new to try. Pool personnel kept the sunbeds ready with towels every day, a touch I did love. The staff helped to, which I appreciate.
The all-inclusive deal after checkout was unavailable, a slight bother as I waited for my train.

This hotel has a fine landscape, nice decor and a relaxed atmosphere, so it is perfect for families with children. The pools are open until 8 PM. It is nice after a long day of excursions. The general atmosphere of the hotel is busy and very cheerful.

The all-inclusive food has very good quality, especially at the cave restaurant, so the dinners were a real treat. Hostess Brenda at the main restaurant showed excellent courtesy, so our seating was always perfect. Fresh and yummy chapatis can be made to order.

The double room had a beautiful sea view, so great, especially at sunrise. The room included comfy beds and lots of space to move around. The provided mosquito repellent in the room was very needed.
